shifting is also opposite in the steptronic mode ...up to shift down...and down to shift up....don't get me wrong, I LOVE BMW EITHER WAY :)

Both paddles do up and down. Pressing forward on either shifts down. Pulling up on either shifts up. This is the same as on the stick, in semi-manual mode.

Nice review. I AM also confused I myself that the steering paddlesthe right would be shift up and left shift downn but its the other way around. love the car little confusing and reliability cann be an issue. expensive parts.
