takadi, Jin the rapper was mainstream at one point (not sure if he still is, don't really follow), and he spoke Chinese and used Chinese words in his music. You also have to consider that English is a dominant language spoken all over the world. It's like hearing a Caucasian speaking some Spanish. If you think these songs are cheesy, why bother listening to them. I am sure you listen to music that I would consider cheesy.
