i can never really get into a lot of radiohead's songs. Don't know why, some of them just don't for me. But I respect the hell out of them. What theyve been able to do in today's culture of pop and shit is amazing.
@Adamillionaire123 really not sure where you get that from... listening to the two back to back they are very different... Particularly the phrasing is vastly different. However they both used good old fashioned reverb and voices. Radiohead and pink floyd use voices to an effective degree. Anyone who makes music knows what i'm talking about.
Now I see why Radiohead fans are usually considered as close-minded dumbasses who rip on anyone that isn't Radiohead. Please don't get me wrong because Radiohead's probably my favorite band today but to say that Pink Floyd is inferior is just nonsense and shows how much bias you can have...
@NimbusToast18 I feel no Bias to Floyd since they influenced Radiohead. Music is what you make it out to be, but to down any classics or actual 'good' music would go against logic. People who think otherwise are ignorant, or just plain driven by their assuming opinionistic mindsets. It's a game of ignorance.
Its obvious why everytime247365 said it sounds like Pink Floyd. I was reading about this album because I heard it was good and am considering buying it. From wikipedia
"Lucky" was originally a contribution to the 1995 War Child charity album......The track is comparable to the early-1970s music of Pink Floyd, a major influence on Jonny Greenwood."
He obviously read this on wiki and decided he would post this on youtube to either get thumbs up or sound like some music snob.
@Lucker456 Or maybe 'cuz it sounds like Pink Floyd and everyone on earth knows Pink Floyd so I don't know how that would make you seem like a music snob.

@tunacho1 There is an album called dub side of the moon by easy star all stars which is reggae versions of that album, very well done. They have another album radiodread and their version of this song is the best on the album but you can definitely feel the pink floyd feel. The radiodread album isn't as good as the dub SOTM though.
