He recorded his voice seperately, and dupped it over this video. He recorded his voice into a proper microphone hence the quality, as the video camera mic is shit for this kind of thing. So he then pasted the video and song together. They do that in real music videos.. he just didn't sync them up 100% but rather 95% LoL!
