Well, this is what I think it means:

Rin likes Len a lot, so she wishes for courage in front of the mirror. Her demonic self comes out, and 'tries' to help her. While she only wants to ruin it.

They dress up Len in a badsuit, a dress and traditional man underwear. Len likes Rin too, and thus demonic Len is born. Demon Rin fights against demonic Len, and there's chaos? Rin tells Len what she thinks of him, and everything changes back to normal, and they kiss. XD

My guess on whatever the hell this story is is... it starts out as such, then the brief intervention with Pretty Panties is basically when that song comes into the story. That doesn't work so they try again, this time using that creepy tongue thing (insert Pretty Fundoshi), then everything else happens. That would explain why after Pretty Fundoshi, Marin strips Rin again. xD Then again, songs like this don't have to make sense anyway.

Honestly, I'm still a little confused myself. Why is Len both himself and Malen, as opposed to Rin who has Marin as her demon counterpart? I'm hoping that the full version explains Malen a bit more. Did you notice he changed from Pretty Fundoshi to Pretty Brief after his death scene/time reset?

I also take it that the time reset eliminated the two other songs from the final time line?
