Would it be possible to put the shoot in throught the part where the lid would go (opposite of what you did in the video) for vines that grow up instead of down?
Finally found the perfect propagating video!!!!!! That is AWESOME! Thank You soooooooo much for sharing! I have several 2 litre bottles. I made lumiarias out of them for Christmas. Again Thank you...............<3 Melody
The problem is that you have to buy a two liter bottle of coke. We don't drink coke sice my wife and I are both obese and the doctor advised us to stay away from soft drinks unless we excercise regorously on daily basis which brings me to the point that I have to get a Gym membership. These are all tied up. Or should I just waste my money by pouring the coke in the sink and use the bottle to propagate my Thompson seedless vine. Hummmmmmmmmmm.........
You would be correct. If you have a particular vine that produces your best fruit, then of course you want to propagate that particular vine. This is an easy way to make that happen.
i did this recently and it totally works.... thanks for the tip...

I'm guessing this would be a good way to get the best genetics from better producing vines to make more just like it?
Am I correct in this assumption?
looks like a neat way to do rooting.
