Hi thanks for this video! I have a few questions before I give it a go. First will my system specs run it with out any driver problems, my specs are: Laptop, Aspire 5536, AMD Turion X2 RM-74 2.2 Ghz, DDR2 PC2-5300 (333Mhz) 4GB ( 2 x 2GB), ATI Radeon HD 3200 (256 MBytes) and I run Vista Home Premium SP2 on a 32 bit system ?? Used CPU-Z for the specs. I have installed Ubuntu on my desktop PC, dual boot it with XP SP3 so I have some experience, just wondered if it is the same way? Ty advance!

Only allows CD's. And a CD is 700MB. Can I just put the iAtkos v7 file on a USB drive and select boot from USB? My computer has that option.

yeah i did that in the first place just as you showed but still no dice. i don't know if the type of partition matters; other places i've seen said to make it af instead of the default 07. diskpart only shows it as being hidden if its set to af but neither get recognized by disk utility. thanks for your help, if this doesn't work i guess i'll just have to settle for an 'upgrade' to windows 7.

Yo... I did this exactly like you said and I'm using a laptop too.. But after it reboots it says that there is no keyboard found... And now I have no laptop or recovery... you should go to your bios setting and goto boot section and select boot into a cd drive or press F12 and the boot option will pop up then select cd drive..

dude hackintosh lng din to gamit ko..asus p5gc-mx/1333 na motherboard..ganito kasi,nag triple boot ako,using windows vista,windows 7 and iatkos 7..kaso gago kasi tong kasama ko nag install xa nang snow leopard na ideneb version..kaso ndi gumana so ayon gs2 ko ibalik ung setup ko..anyway na kuha ko na..start from scratch talaga ang windows setup..ginamit ko ang iatkos to reformat and partition the hd..restore timemachine on 2nd partition,reboot and install chameleon from iatkos cd,ayon gumana..

tpos install windows vista or 7 on the first partition,di mag boboot ang mac nyan so isntall easybcd on vista/7 add mo ung mac parition mo..un..dual boot na ulit..i notice pag windows cd ang gamitin mo to reformat and partition the HD,di gagana ang timemachine sa pag restore..ewan ko bakit but if you try to reformat to HFS ayaw nya e reformat..so thats why ung disk utility sa iatkos ginamit ko to reformat and repartition my HD..

i followed this video and leopard works fine, but when vista boots, i put my password int, then it hangs at preparing your desktop screen for a while, then it logs in onto a temp user. it says i cannot save anything because it is a temporary user, any ideas to fix?

when u click the disk utility...u can see from the left side all ur partition..click on the one that u make for the mac os x..then click erase , close the disk utility , and now u have the partition.. u can now install mac
