Mica is certainly outclassed by Monica. Monica is poised, thoughtful, and delivers her answers eye to eye with the interviewer. Mika on the other hand is a physical mess. Just look at her body language, her facial expressions and her answers where it takes her forever to look at the interviewer. She's clearly uncomfortable in Monica's presence and it shows.
