at least the godesses make ganondorf a strong ruler, but link is usually a farmer or things like that.

I think that's why Zelda has always been so popular in the hearts of people. It's a story of coming from nothing, accepting your destiny, struggling to overcome all obstacles and defeat the people who have it all and would oppress those who don't.
