I followed these instructions, changed it to 215, i have both hl2 and hl2 deathmatch, im using gmod 9, and it still won't work.

Oh my god I love you! Note that you need to restart Steam but this is so cool I can finally play it (I have Gmod 10 or 14 or whatever the hell it is they're up to now) but this is still cool to play around with, cheers mate!

When i try to start single player, it wont start. and it wont create servers. and it wont open mod manager.

Does this relate to the problems I'm having? Everything runs fine, all good, animated background for HL2 story, but when I try to host a server, or just start new singleplayer game. *Click* Nothing.

@bananhosdig It means that your gameinfo.txt can't be loaded because you did something wrong.

You might have an extra space on a line of something? I'm not sure because I haven't had that problem.

GMod9 is not a official Steam Game.

It's only a Sourcemod (the official GMod Version is 10 or higher).

Steam dont update GMod9!.
