They did not created a new solar panel, but just get the idea to get a high efficient panel (more expansive than a conventional one) and use just one very small unit, instead of large panels, to concentrate he sun by mirrors. A creative idea, despite the photovoltaic panel be not new.
I hope this idea spread and became a reality around the woeld.
