As a small child I used to climb this every weekend with friends, it's changed so much since then. Originally the tunnel had two doors which could be locked from the outsite by a single bolt. The doors were painted red which had faded nearly complety over the many years.
Well done! we got half way up and aborted the climb as it is soooo dangerous!
We have a place in Calpe and have watched the helicopter do rescues from the top of the rock! the rock is polished marble so go equiped to climb; take food and water and a phone! I could see our apartment from the top. Bonzo!
Done the climb last Sunday. Amazing view from the top ! Make sure you have good shoes, with grip , and take plenty water :-) Well worth the effort - thanks for the vid Kate.

Cool video, a totally random find. I have also climbed Squaw Peak (now Piestewa Peak). I'll have to check out Calpe some day!
