Can you cite where this is "proven"? As far as I am aware, a lot of it has more to do with fractal geometry than anything else. One might be able to *approximate* shapes by platonic solids, but I don't think the universe is that simplifiable.

I think a lot of that can generally be applied to the Catholic church, which much of Chritianity has come out of. It can apply to other institutions and denominations too, but I doubt true Christianity is bound by human institutions, only God Himself.

This representation only really works from one angle, and there's a reason it's called metatron's cube, not metatron's truncated dihexahedral pyramid or something, it should resemble a cube. This version is wrong... The real version is a lot simpler...
