This guy has to be one of the best actors out there. There are few actors that I can actually believe while acting, and he's definitely one of them. His role in "American History X" should have won him the Oscar by far!

He is such an amazing actor that he would turn ANY film into a masterpiece. EN means high quality, and I don't agree with whoever says that "he's the best actor of his generation." He's actually the best actor ever. OK, many people compare him with Robert de Niro, for e.g., but is de Niro really as versatile as Norton? Did he have such a magnificent start in Hollywood?

Edward is a good actor and he's badass (Fight Club). But "the best actor ever"? Isn't that over-doing it a little.

Actually....Yes, he is a good actor, but he was aloof and a bit "above it all" in High School at Wilde Lake. This being because is JIM ROUSE'S FREAKIN' GRANSON and all! He was pretty decent at baseball though...could turn that double play. I had friends who went to Centennial that played against him, where Ed Norton's mom taught.

I'll never understand how Ed Norton could have become involved with Courtney Love. He has never said they were anything more than "friends" but most people contend that they were romantically involved for a long time. Courtney Love has certainly been vocal about their union; she said that they were "engaged" and that she dumped HIM. Love's mother said that Norton had "made a project" out of Courtney. Maybe he thought he could straighten her out. He didn't succeed.

Norton has proven to be one of the finest actors in the business today. I would personally describe him as the DeNiro of my generation, and look forward to any role he might play in the future. Love his characters or hate them, you will never forget them or come away bored. Bravo!
