  • This is heavy studio work.

  • dark blue, beatuies

  • in the first part is kinda scary

  • Nice to see they are capable of really ambient stuff too, besides the upbeat classical arrangements..(that are also VERY good..do not get me wrong)

  • .......Beautiful Music and Beautiful Women, can i marry them....hang on im 70...better adopt lol

  • Very, very original. It's amazing what they do with ancient classical Chinese instruments. Unlike anything I've heard before....5 stars!

  • Thanks robo16888!

  • this peice is in their 'miracle' dvd, but i cant remember the name of the peice tho...

  • Simplemente lo mejor,es una filosofia de la musica, sin limites....Porque saben interpretarlo. So Wunder-Schone Musik wie Lieve....Vielen Dank aus Schweiz.....Mit Freudliche Gruss.

They are the Best.......Beautiful Music and Beautiful Women,...Absolutely-Excellent.....Thank you.

  • This piece is unreal. I've got all of their CD's and this isn't on any one of them. Does anyone know the name/availability of this piece on a recorded medium?

  • WOW, they take a great tune an make it beautiful on the ears and eyes. Awesome band

Anybody have next tour dates for Asia?

  • Their music brings my senses into a High state. Its like an encantation was cast when their music is made.

  • It dose not play now.

  • Beautiful Music and beautiful women.

  • Thanks for sharing,

    have a Lucky Day,

    der Horst

  • They are the best!

  • which one is the first one?

  • türkler ananızı siksin

  • I love them!

  • they should play more music with the 'egg' or 1-stringed instrument that Ting Sun plays.

    12GB rocks!!

  • theyre like a new pink floyde

  • I love them.

Bien, il n'y a aucun doute que ces jeunes femes belles et talentueuses exécutent une excellente musique, musique au goût des gens de tout âge.

  • they're really marvelous!

  • theyre not 12 really..

    theyre 13 u know..

    i lyk dem!

theyre so professional in those instruments!1

    luv it!!

  • they called themselves 12 girls band from the start but in 2003 Zhan Lijun joined, making thriteen girls, but they decided to keep the name anyway

  • Zhan Lijun , Jin Jiang, and Yin Yan take turns appearing on stage while Lei Ying and Ting Sun are the more "permenant" erhu players and appear during every song, except for the small ensembles for songs like "Mounatns and Rivers" and "Shangri-la", when not all the girls are needed.

  • but in a couple of their concerts, there's actually more than 12 of the girls on stage...like at one of their carnival performances 13 ppl are on stage

  • In my previous comment, I was only talking about the concerts when only 12 of them are up on the stage. Sorry if I had confused you.

The order doesn't really apply anymore since more and more of their concerts are starting to feature all the girls.

  • ok then

yeah recently they've all been there lol

  • Because only twelve of them perform at one given time..

  • Also, 12 is a auspicious number for Chinese. 12 Girls Band concept derived thousand years ago where the 12 female musicians played instruments in the palace's functions.

  • Hi paulouthwaite,

12 Girls Band is basically a brand, this mean they could increase to 14. This is necessary in case member is absent especially few are still students. I love this band too, they make great music.

  • Great music , very mystic sounding. However, there is thirteen girls in the band' so why do they call themselves "The 12 Girls band"

  • love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • its so calming

  • I'm enjoying myself... The girls aren't just beautiful, but talented as well. Great post.

  • This is the first time I've see Yuan Sun playing the xun (Chinese egg-shaped clay ocarina).

  • i can never find the name of this song, and i really like it

  • Eeeeee... very creepy music... the fishes are creepy too. If i would hear something like tat out of nowhere.. I think Imma faint.. hehehe.....

  • This is awesome! Asian chicks jamming out on traditional instruments!

  • Yeah the beginning reminds me of "The Thing"'s main theme

  • Very beautiful, as always.

  • the gook likes the skin flute

  • <_<

  • the beginning was kinda creepy

  • i like instrumental
