I just did this mision using the Anchor Hammer g with 1300 of atk and 380 of water with my rajang armor x with sharpness 1+, bomber, concentration and using the bombs as you did, it took me 38 minutes!!!, I just could break its chest once.

What happended?

you can bring a total of 25 lg bombs on a run. 10 lg barrells, 20 gunpowder, 10 ivy, 10 med monster bones, 1 alchemy guide, 3 lbb, 2 lbb+. alchemy guide (or armor skill) + ivy + medium moster bone = large barrell. thats why u can bring 20 gunpowder but only 10 large barrells- to get the other 10 requires alchemy.

hey you're right! but LBB+ REALLY does more than normal LBB... but you can bring only 2 plus the ones you can combine which is 10 making it 12.. ...but i use gunlances here.. maybe i'll mix yours with mine... i really want that gravios armor set

he obviously got the felyne-skill gunpowder activated, which turns all barrel bombs into the G / + version... so he only brought 2 lg bombs+, cause the others were already +^^ otherwise he wouldnt be able to bomb his chest this fast, i suppose

if you go at the (black) gravios as a melee fighter no matter what the rank here is a simple yet effective though very time consuming strategy: when it uses the beam attack or releases gas the 'elbow is always open as he lowers it just like the tip of the tail; use a triple pound(requires good timing)' or charge and then release. guaranteed victory. I emphasize one very important point: IT'S TIME CONSUMING!!! but it works for me :)

I find normal Gravios extremely hard to use this method. Normal Gravios hardly beams, giving you very few options to bomb it's chest. I would say even Black is easier.

Yes you are right. Unlike black gravios, normal gravios runs a lot. So this guide is not that effective against regular grav.

No he used only two boom G's as you can see all the other bombs were stackable up to 3 meaning they weren't G's cause those kinds of bombs are only stackable up to two

ravi2202 is right "Felyne GUNPOWDER skill" turns all "Bombs into Bomb+" w/out the aid of scatterfish, burst arrowana and bomb arrowana the bombs he used are automatically transformed into bomb+,plus with the aid of alchemy he can bring up to 25 LBB+, so those LBB are considered LBB+ because of the Felyne Gunpowder SKill
