Well I don't think he wanted to kill wolf gang cutler, he wanted to kill Robson, cause Robson shanked Chucky and almost killed him. So when Chucky came back it was clear he was gonna kill Robson. Now what Robson did was goto Cutler for protection. Now I am guessing this screwed up Chucky wanting to kill Robson, so he made a deal with Robson to kill Cutler and he (chucky) wouldn't go after him no more. So Robson did kill Cutler.
