on top of the dumpster behind the wall directly below that is much better as; (a) you don't have a bar blocking your view (b) you have great cover (only the top of your head sticks out) and (c) its easier to get to (d) you can take further cover by dropping down off the dumpster if somebody hits you (if your quick enough)

@clark6050 ive seen people who suck with m40a3, but it is always a 1hit ko with acog... acog add 5% more damage onto the m40a3, which is enough to kill anyone with 1 hit with stopping power (which most sensible snipers have) and it will usually kill someone through a wall, and even more so if you have deep impact. m40a3 is the only sniper affected by acog, and not the r700. m40a3 has more bullets than the r700 too, so its better in that sense too. r700 is nothing special compared to m40
