I watched this video made my mouth water. Unbelievable receipe, If your not a chef I will eat my hat. Then again your French and they know how to cook. I have owned a pheasant farm for 20 years. I have eaten pheasant many different ways obviously. The way you cooked it is a lot of preperation, but it makes me want to fly to France just to try it.
@husbandshunter13 It's all staged. Those birds are bought and then released for the "hunt" They clip their wings so they can't even fly properly. I agree with you on your point 100% though.
@curtisskeete First of all I am sure there are unethical businesses that do clip there there wings. So there customers are just succesful, for money. I raised and sold only quality birds for 20 years. Never had a complaint about the wildness.. I have hunted wild pheasants in Ohio, Michigan,Iowa and Kansis. I have shot birds released in Ohio and Michigan. Its not about all of that. Its about the fun, the fellowship, enjoying life, however. Some people enjoy gardening, bowling, football so?
@MondoBeno My hats off to your brother/ sister. My kids were the same way. They ate whatever. swam, slitherd, climbed, or crawled. Its the same way in the major grocery store.
@mecanix10 I agree, everybody has a difference of opinion, and I respect that. But ultimately the end result. Is for us to enjoy life, in the way that we enjoy it. With our friends that enjoy the same things we do. Commenting on some of the negative comments. I have hunted wild pheasants in Ohio, Michigan,Iowa and Kansis. I have shot birds released in Ohio and Michigan. Its not about all of that. Its about the fun, the fellowship, enjoying life, however.

EVERYONE... it is OK to shoot the hens because they are almost certainly on a game farm. That is legal!!! Wild birds would not hold like that.

2:37 in this video, a hen was killed, which is illegal! you should really edit your videos before putting them on youtube!!

That's crazy, you wouldn't cook meat that size more than 1 hour at 200 degrees...

Don't underestimate the eating habits of a child. My nephew is 6 and he'll eat anything that's dead.
