Power makes ur handling worse u idiots, i'm on bimmerdudes side... I have an e46 m3, with AA stage 2 gen 3 supercharger, with hpf straight pipes, cattless... My handling was worse than ever.. I needed to add coilovers, spacers, rear and front sway bars to even make my car from not going out of control when i take it to the track, and who ever said america had shitty cars...? I mean I live in indianapolis and i see bentleys, 750's, s-classes, a8, s5, lambos, maseratis,etc.. the only shitty cars
Feel so sorry for Americans - 240bhp E36 M3s, yeah you can put the M50 manifold on the S52 to get about 260, but even so, must be a bit annoying having that great chassis but not having the engine to exploite it. They are still good engines, but it's annoying how you guys didn't get out S50B30s and S50B32s.
What are you talking about. The thing handles like a fuckin go kart and its rear wheel drive. You dont need 340 hp to shit on a 340 hp s4. With 160 hp at the wheels in my 325 e46 i can shit on s4's.
First learn how to drive then worry about needing more power after a couple track days and youve mastered the car. If you want power you go FI and you can have any number youd like.
Having an extra 400 hp doesn't make your car handle better.

And no, you can't shit on an S4 with a 325, I used to own a 325, and 328 and have an M3 running alpha N software. My M3 will beat an S4, and has done on the motorway, however a 325 would get rapped. Just because they have 340bhp and can gun it on the straights when they see 45mph turn signs with trucks be careful of roll over and they slam on the brakes and i can come flying through there in excess of 100 mph someones getting toasted.

Mate, I drive an S50B30 powered M3, with a carbon plenum, alpha-N ECU and Vanos chips, a lightweight fly, stage 2 clutch and loads of other little mods, mine pushes 320 at the fly and weighs 1410kgs, I could take out an S4, however a 325 just couldn't, ok. I used to have a 325 track car, stripped to 1179kg's dry, 200bhp, coilovers, I lapped brands hatch indy in 60 seconds dead, I know how to drive a 325, but give me an S4 and i'll hammer that time!
Yeah if YOU where driving. You still dont get it, most people dont even know what CCA is. Most people with there expensive cars are still scared of hitting 100 mph. Idk about you but i see about 30 nice cars a day and nice being faster than an e90 m3. Id say 25 of the 30 all drive like pussys even when there opening it up.
Oh please, in America we have fucking cars from around the world. There are more euro and asian cars in America than anywhere else in the world BY FAR... Our government fucking sucks, but most people here are cool. Don't judge America from what you see on tv. Have a bigger brain than that.
I got a 1990 Nissian Sentra, probably around 12 horsepower stock everything, now that's a sick car haha jk
