Nice playing, however I think this cover lacks of some "dynamic playing", which is a fundamental of David Gilmour's sound. For some part, I rather switch to neck/middle pickup for the warmer sound and richer harmonics.

Thom188, the most noteable thing that he is using in the song is a Digitech Whammy Pedal set to play an Octave Higher. To make a harmonic note sound scream up to sound like a note on the 34th fret is damn near impossible.

He is probably using delay, distortion or overdrive pedal, gilmour's pickups ( emgs ), his hiwatt amp ( BIG FACTOR ), maybe a little reverb and his fingers =)

no, it is vibrato. Vibrato is a slight fluctuation in pitch, caused by either wiggling your finger, or using a vibrato bar. Tremolo has to do with volume. Leo Fender accidentally labeled it a tremolo bar, and it stuck. I don't mean to be an ass, im just letting you know the right thing.

Wow, the best impro of Marooned that I've seen. Excellent job. I don't think anyone can do it better. The best they can do is do it as well as you did. Great stuff!
