Hi my name is Lynn I will be having my surgery on Sept. 02, 2008. Up until ten years a go I was small in size then I had a total hysterectomy and things went down hill or should I say up hill from there. I have questions about life after the surgery. Will I feel like my old self after this. Will I beable to maintain. Thers so much on utube about this where do I start once my surgery is done. People have told me what to eat but how do I go about it. Thanks
