Apparently a record company is sabotaging YT videos of this girl singer. I can't myself, but whoever can upload videos: just keep putting them back on!

Stupid arrogant music pimps, don't they get what a great free publicity YT generates? Without YT, I would never have heard of this girl. I'm dissapointed at YT that they let themself be bullied by these record pricks. YT is owned by Google, and I think Google can hurt any company a lot more than the other way around. You are right it ir Freemantle. I downloaded her original audition and I have since tried to upload it into YT several times but it is always blocked on thr pretext of breach of copyright. Faryl's vids were not withdrawn until after she turned down a contract with Simon. Draw your own conclusions from that. I suspect that Universal are paying Simon a royalty in order to be allowed to post any of her TV show appearances on YT. No other artist is affected by Freemantle's copyright claims.

Why has her audition video been removed. Out of all my favourites searched hers appears to be the only one not there? Please tell me this has not been done intentionally for financial reasons? I had her in favourites and it is now gone? I would be very dissappointed if this were the case as she was my favourite in the show.

Freemantle Media own the copyright to the show and they had all of Faryl's show vids pulled by YT long before she signed with UCJ. The mystery is why did they have only Faryl's vids pulled and none of the other show contestants. I suppose that UCJ now have copyright clearance to repost them although they don't seem to have posted the final.
