yeah...tutts,you set it right.Jeff is showing how he played in the song Mushanga.This groove was quite a headache for all the drummers.A lot of drummers asked Jeff to explain it.And that's it!
It's the music that makes you want to play the drums, not vice versa. That's what jeff's drumming made me realize. He's still continuously reminding me of that simple truism.
Fantastic drumming! That's not Mushanga by the way.. Don't know if it's a Toto song, maybe it is, but it's not Mushanga. The drums are very similar though.
Simply amazing... Jeff was the ONLY one to pull off having "feel" even when playing "technical"

i mean mushanga groove not necessarily toto's mushanga... but i think it is better then toto's mushanga... have better feel to it.

The groove is somewhat similar, but this is a composition wriiten by Mr Garfield on the keys there.. its not a toto - tune!
