In the lyrics there's a line that goes like this: "Such an unstoppable inundation, the dripping pus of my emotions". I think that's a metaphor for her tears; she can't stop suppurating (crying) because her feelings are like an infected wound. That's why the song is named Suppuration.

Can someone suggest other songs from Kotoko that might be of interest? I've checked out the more popular ones like Re-Sublimity and Agony, but to me they only sound promising at first and then not for me. Think this one overall is just great.

KOTOKO has a pretty varied style so I'm not sure what you'd like more... Try "Hane", "Face of Fact", "Real Onigokko" and "Oboetete ii yo". KOTOKO has A LOT of songs so there are some things you might like and others you might not.
