Well, I'm sure it will go 200mph... 2 what is the question. As for the safety equipment. Lets just say it will be passing SCTA tech inspection before it achieves any 200mph passes.
Buy a rule book. This car will be more then safe.

There is actually two of those braces. There is a lower one on the lower part of the pipe tying it to the compressor housing. And yes, I would like to think that when the boost goes up, they will serve their purpose of keeping the pipe from ripping itself apart.
