You've got some problems with presenting a piece because it seems that you have no sense for the whole one... easy parts fast... difficult ones slowly, breaks and so on... the piece must float (can I express it hat way in English?)... Try to play pieces without sheets just by listening to them, do Improvisation, so you'll get a feeling for the whole thing.
It doesn't sound bad, but I think you need some tips on your technique:
1. You must have the guitar on your left knee in this classical piece!!! Really quite essential as this gives a better range, tone and makes it much easier.
2. Your thumb (left hand) should not be hooked, it needs to be quite relaxed (better tone and you don't get sore wrists).
3. You just have to use more than one finger on right hand, it really makes it sound so much better.
@Emmalala123 I agree with you. Especially posture. Posture is the most essential. The trouble with finger picking free stroke is getting your fingers to stay close to the strings but, with great posture it enables you to do so quickly and comfortably.
Pretty good. It's mostly clean, but that aspect still needs a little work. Also, practice this piece with a metronome (as with many classical guitarists, your time needs some work). Keep playing.
Emmalala123's statement is some very good advice. Just keep practicing and you'll be playing the piece fluidly in no time.

@Emmalala123 i am curious, do you know how fast this is meant to be played? I know that a lot of these etudes are played quite fast.
