start at 1:32 and at 1:41 the drummer is off and the track starts he misses and then looks at a guy and shrugs it off at 1:44/1:45.

He's not off. He just started playing the high-hat on the up-beats (2 & 4) instead of the down-beats (1 & 3). If you listen, you will hear that the bass and snare are still on. He probably just decided to try it at the last minute. that's why he shrugged as if to say "well, it was worth a shot. What do you think?"
