  • it's a game of skill and a game of chance based on your play..if you're playing with 100%of BR in every game it's not a game of chance you're destined to go broke..if you're playing with 5% of your BR it's also not a game of chance....

    but if you're playing with let's say ..30%of your BR it's really a game of chance ..you can easily win big but also easily be felted..

  • Poker is clearly a game of skill. I'm glad courts are ruling as such.

    I'm glad we're chipping away at these ridiculous laws, but hopefully these laws will be repealed outright someday soon!
