  • I love your blue betta...

  • Very Nice Fish!!!!!!!!

  • my betta looks better :D

  • Fantastic creatures you've got! I am a betta keeper myself and I take care of 12 adults and over 300 babies, but none of them got such brilliant color as yours do....May I know which country are they from? Mine adults are all from Thailand.

  • beautiful Bettas healthy great job

  • NICE MALE HALFMOON

  • Can i have some children of them hehe, i need new bettas.

  • hello i am having trouble getting my betta fish to flare. i have a male and 2 females and am trying to breed. i only using 2 though. plz plz plz respond at one point.

  • @200smiley I really don't know. I'd recommend asking the breeders for your fish.

  • @200smiley Some males just don't flare very much. Are conditioning them correctly (giving high protein food for 1-2 weeks before spawning)? Sometimes floating a female in the males tank will get the to flare, but some males just won't...

  • great a nice fish !!!!

  • my fish have not been eating for 3 days I dont know what to do.

  • WOW your betta fish is sooooooooo pretty!!!!!

  • i have goldfish in my tank and i want to put my betta with them is that good and btw the tank is 50 gallons

  • @123codfan

They will kill each other. Betta fish FIGHT LIKE HELL. I'm not kidding. They're called Siamese fighting fish for a reason...? Right?

Bettas will fight because there are other fish in there, and the goldfish will attack the bettas' fins. Not pretty.

  • @lilanimemaniac cool it will be fun i got 24 goldfish so the betta will have a painful death

  • they are so gorgeous. They will make an excellent breeding pair someday if you let them

  • how many gallons is it

  • WOW. I have never seen such gorgeous bettas. If u bred a pair to get those guys, I would LOVE to know what strain u used. Hope they'll breed for u!

  • PEOPLE: This isn't proper betta care. They need non-moving water and lots of live plants as a filter/shade/visual barrier.

Bettas have poor eye sight and require a CLOSE visual to focus on.

  • I am haveing trouble getting my male to build a bubble nest, i think it might be the temp or the current is to strong, i have a 5 gal takn w/ a 10 gal filter, what do you think?

  • @killkayla They don't want any current at all when making a bubble nest. Remove the filter and keep the tank in a quiet place in the company of his lady and hopefully he gets the idea.

  • @killkayla you don't NEED a bubble nest to breed bettas. They will breed without one as long as he has a certain spot picked out that he swims to all the time and stays in frequently. If they have all the other signs, just have a go at it! Good luck!

  • I have a Betta - his belly is all swollen -- i tried giving him a pea; it's noit dropsy, scales are not popping out - he behaves normally but it looks like he swallowed a marble. Any suggestions?

    Thanx

  • gahhhh theyre so beautiful!

  • do you just have a piece of glass betwen two male betta fish?? they can get really stressed and die. :( i know someone and that happened cuz they had a mirror by the fish. scary stuff. thats ok for a boy and a girl but not for two boys. Beautiful btw!!

  • Were they both males? It's different when ur mating them.

  • the one on the right is so prettyy.

  • Siemese..

  • i have one betta fish he is red

  • wooow the male has such out standing colors like the femal too

  • bettacare101. com

  • Wow, that is a stunning Betta.

  • I have a red betta named Marly

  • @nintendorules100 You can so long as there's dividers seperating the bettas in the tank. :)

  • @0hMYStars

lol srry i missed nintendorules100's comment and thumbs-downed urs, lol

  • very good betta! i have one white betta.

  • Your fish are very beautiful, but the filter is set WAAAAAAAY too high.

  • sino taga manila dito? gusto ko bumili ng halfmoon, budget ko is only 200ph, salamat, poor lolo nyo, lol

  • is one a girl?

  • Beautiful fish, I love their coloring.

  • veramente molto bello

  • those are so pretty!

  • bettas hermosos

  • You have beautiful betta!

  • hey does betta fish need filter cause i saw in lots of pet store betta is just in container and if i buy 1 and i put it in my big aquarium my 4 african cichlid and 1 small oscar may fight so im thinking of putting it in my small aquarium that has no fish in it but no filter

  • the african cichlids will kill it so a separate tnk is a good idea

  • the africhan cichlid will kill my betta? even if i just put 1 cichlid and 1 betta in small tank cichlid will kill it?

  • Betta fish came from Cambodia and Thailand.. Well guess what, I'm Cambodian and my dad used to take care of betta in Cambodia, and he didn't need any filter or heater since that place is so damn hot.. But anyway, he just kept a betta fish in a Jar and clean the water atleast once a month, and that fish lasted 5 years.. I'm being real. i also am taking care of bettas right now, I don't have a heater but I do have a filter.. 4 bettas with dividers and a filter. They look happy. Hope they are.

  • yes but u need a filter in the winter ur water will turn to ice and ur fish will die

  • Yes. I'm thinking about purchasing a heater sometime this year. It's never cold here in Southern California, but I know what you mean.. It also depend on where you live too..

  • you mean a heater

  • LOL...I have been raising bettas for over 15 years. I have never used a heater, the water NEVER turned to ice, my fish didn't die. The water stays the temperature as the room my bettas are in which is generally around 72 degrees. Numerous long-term betta breeders have told me that you do not need heaters or filters in order to have healthy, happy bettas. Mine form bubbles, swim around constantly, live over 7 yrs., have cute little smiles on their faces..therefore, I think they are very happy!!

  • xxBlackVeilBridexx, WHO are you to tell me to stop making ppl feel bad?? The very first comment you posted on my daughter's video made her feel like she had to justify to you why the betta was in a vase...WE KNOW what makes our bettas happy...I have read countless comments you have posted on ppl's videos that weren't very nice. I don't need a 14 yr. old kid telling me, a grown up, how to use proper tone and text plz!!! YOU are the one that needs to tone down your comments, remember THAT!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • xxBlackVeilBridexx...OMG!!! LOL...Annoying...nope...the word is more like a 'spoiled 14 yr. old BRAT'. My daughter is 12 years old, replied to every comment you left on her video very maturely and nicely..I am soooo proud she is my daughter. She has manners..something you are definately lacking in. I pity you...you are not annoying me..you are amusing me..phased by your comments??? LOL...don't think so!! I am just thankful I don't have such a disrespecful daughter as you..BETTA POWER!!!!! LMBO

  • hi. im the daughter and just wanted to say something real quick.. can you read the bettas mind? you don't know whether or not they want 5 gallons or more..... im just saying cuz on some of your comments you say they need it wand will b happy in it when you really dont know if the persons betta is happy or not. u said urs wasnt happy when u put it in a 5 gal. so why do u keep commenting on ppls saying that theirs should b in a bigger tank.. mayb they r hapy in wut they r in? just sayin :)

  • there we go!

i will repsect your mother if she would talk to me the way you do.

Anyways, the main thing was that i actually put her in a 5 gallon to see if she liked it more. Like, you never know if they want bigger spaces to live in or not ya know?

I thank you again for being respectful.

  • @Eyes4UOnly97 thats kinda like saying that a person would likely be happy living in a broom closet their entire life

    :I

i personally think male bettas with long fins should have at least five gallons, while females 3

    :/

  • they dont neccecarely need a filter. they have an organ called labyrinth, wich allows them to breath air

  • does anyone know wat other fish i can put in without them fighting?

  • you can put only one male betta in tank with other fish as long as the other fish are established in the tank first. otherwise the male betta will think the whole tank is it's territory and might kill fish added afterward. female betta's are community fish but they also don't have the nice finnage the male's do or generally the coloration, though i did have a purple female betta once.

  • the one on the left of the screen looks like a female.

  • yo is it illegal to to buy 2 bettas and watch them fight

  • my betta fish does not get along with my other fish, can anyone help ???

  • Is your other fish a betta, gourami, guppy, or any other brightly colored/flashy finned fish? They don't get along with anything like that because they see them as a threat. They aren't called Siamese Fighting Fish for no reason, haha. If you do a simple search on google, you'll find loads of info about them. If you have any specific questions, feel free to message me, and I'll answer as best as I can.

  • i have 2 red platies and 2 white fish and then 2 round ones

  • He could see them as a threat, or he could just be a grouch and not want to share space with anyone. I've had a few bettas like that. Also, I could be wrong, but I think that the platies may be a bit nippy with long finned fish. What size is your tank and what are the specific names of the white fish and the round fish? If they have long fins then he's likely seeing them as a threat, so he's being a butt head to them.

  • he does not have a problem with my platies anymore and he is starting to get along with the other ones, i have a 60 litre tank.

    thanks anyway

  • well, if they're both males, you should get 2 tanks.

you should already know that males cannot be put into a bowl together.

  • i havent got 2 bettas plus the 1 that i had just died yesterday

  • is your betta female or male

  • if its a male then thats why males can be territorial and aggressive females are less aggressive males have long fins aand females have short fins hope this helps

  • I have a small betta fish. It's red but it is not simply red, it has this light blue pattern on his lower half which is really amazing to see.

  • i have 1 exactly the same

  • can all labirinth fish live in a bowl

  • No, no fish at all should be confined to a bowl, unless it's a big bowl and has a filter in it, such as a sponge filter. If you want a bowl, plant it and put shrimp in it.

  • oh my, they are real beauties, especially your female, she's so adorable, and they both look so happy. ^^ i like the male too, but the female has such unique markings. the male has amazing colors as well. 5!

  • take out the fake plants they can tear your bettas gills and fins

  • they are both beautiful :)

    <3

  • beauties!

  • Learn more on how to care, feed and train your Betta Fish at bettabattles. tk

  • are the ripped fins from the mating process or does he have fin rot or are other fishes nipping him?

  • He could just be getting caught on the plants. That's what happened to mine until I changed plastic for real plants.

  • i thin k he's biting himself its a cclear cut , my betta has the same thing, they can only reach so much :)

oh and your girl is beautiful by the way!

  • if you breed them then they will have such gorgeous fry!! please make more videos!

    -ilovefish1234567

  • I have a question, is that tank just one and you put a tank divider in that you can take out?

  • The divider is removable, so it can be one tank or divided.

  • thanks so much!

  • i love bettas and let me say that these are just perfect for one another.

  • gorgeous male.

  • I don't remember what brand the tank was, but it was 2.5 gallons

  • Does he have fin rot? Or is he a tail biter?

    NICE PAIR! ( . )( . )

    LOL OMG

  • its a girl

  • WOW nice pair.

  • if you don't wanna watch, then don't click this video tard

  • woow muy bonito tu SD

  • bettacare101.googlepages.(com)

  • Agreed. I think it's awesome that they're in a tank with a FILTER, though! Every Betta should be in a heated, filtered tank with real plants. :D

  • were du u get a divider like that?

  • It came with the tank

  • wow those are unique looking betta fish!

    pretty (:

  • I dont need to know, any betta fish is better than some little freak who has no life

  • if you think there so ugly, why do you bother watching this? you are A LOT uglier than any of these fish =)

  • Lmao

  • i hope my betta dances.(i just got him 2day)

  • nice fish are you going to breed them?

  • Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ich platze vor Neid

  • hey can you guys check my betta fish here in my channel? i dunno what kind of breed i have.. thanks!

  • Wow... I'd hold off on calling people retards when you yourself have no idea what you're talking about.

Females can be calmer than males, yes, but don't ever think that they don't fight. They can be just as aggressive as any male.

  • Beautiful bettas! Their coloring is absolutely gorgeous.

  • your male betta is pretty. you should check out my betta vid

  • Beautiful... my mom saw the male betta, and she was wowed... we have 3 :) I have 2 back at my apartment where I go to college, and I left one with my parents, and they adore my betta :)

  • i like the females a lot ..there so cute!

  • where u get betta #1

  • This is one good looking betta fish! :)

  • um i dont think they are dancing for each other...

  • what a color amazing

  • Female is amazing!!! :)

  • that one looks soooo cool!

  • they're really cool fish! I have a betta called Splinter. It's turquise. I love ure blue one. so many colours

  • thats a beautiful blue betta. if u like bettas then you should watch "the fighting fish breeds" on youtube! i love the red/metalic male one!

  • i have the same tank but my betta gets wipped around with the water flow from the ugf, what should i do? BTW- those plants plastic? if they are they might be cutting your males fins

  • that neck fin isnt a fin, its a membrane called the beard, it's flaring because it thinks it sees another male

  • correct!

  • very nice color i love your betta's

  • Absolutley beautiful! (putting two male bettas next to eachother reduces thier life span by and average of one year or more due to stress though....) =[

  • thats a butterfly super delta tail OR maybe even a halfmoon but i doubt it, hard to tell because of the finnage loss. did he bite his tail did u fight him with another mail or did it get fin rot? looks like tailbiting to me still nice tho you s hould spawn him and get a softer pump for him and some live plants

  • I LOVE the coloring of you Crowntail! (I think it's a crowntail anyway, it sure looks like one) May I ask where you got him?

  • it looks more like a half moon

  • yeah it sooo pretty, makes me want one even more=)

  • im sure he has tried with one of them, but i doubt anything will happen because he's not in a good environment for breeding, and when you say "them", do you just mean bettas? or other fishses aswell? Im sure bettas will be fine in a 10 gallon, as long as its with only 1 male..heh..

  • can you feed your betta earth worms ............i need a answer quick

  • no. bloodworms are mosquito larvae, so only bloodworms and other beta food.

  • I bought some live brine shrimp, but I want live daphnia, they eat algae, and will live in there until the beta eats them

  • ummm what fish go well with a male betta? cuz my betta is in a 10 gallon tank and it looks very empty and i want to get him a friend.... someone please reply

  • i keep my betta with 2 rainbow sharks, 2 tri-color sharks, 3 female bettas, 2 plecos, a weather loach, and a raphael catfish. They get along pretty well, nothings happened to my betta or the other fish for along time. But i know you shouldn't put them with other males, definately bichirs, and cichilids

  • ok thanks

  • beautiful betta...but is the tail alright...it looks like parasites are catching up to him...it happens a lot to mine betta also

  • they're both really big and beautiful... how long did it take to grow that big? i want mine to get that big, haha.

  • Your male is beautiful.

  • i can't have pets with fur, my dad has allergies, that's why i was thinking about fish

  • do you like lizards? They are relatively easy to care for as well, and they won't bother your pops allergies

  • cool i'll think about that

  • i have a question, my dad say's that i can't have any pets because they're too hard to take care of. But then some of my friends have bettas and they say that its very easy. Can i just have a tip if its easy or not?

  • I'd say not, because you have to closely monitor the pH, ammonia and other levels of the water, including temp. Harder than cats or dogs.

  • when you put a male and female on opposite sides did they eventually chill out and stop trying to kill each other, i have the same rig but i have 2 females, and i was wondering if a male would ever calm down and not keep trying to eat of have sex with the female

  • preety i favourited this video

  • beautiful betta! i would like to get a tank like that with two sides

  • wow!!!!! thats amazing i love your bettas mine would cower in fear compared to yours. i think i will cross breed my betta and see what happens...

  • oh my gosh BEAUTIFUL beta

  • your bettas are very beautiful. :) i'm going to go to a betta show soon.

  • OHhhh he's gorgeous @w@

  • Very unique bettas. I love their colors. :)

  • u kno, you dont need that air pump on.....it stresses them out.

  • Wow beautiful!

  • What size is that tank? Just curious.

  • A neighbor ordered about a hundred fifty from vietnam and other places, from their native habitat, with the intent to breed them. He neglected them and I tried to help by cleaning their tanks and feeding them, but as soon as they went home, he neglected them again and they all died. I was devastated, and I'm still shocked.

  • im from vietnam( well mostly vietnamese) .......bettas are very Very cheep there ...price of gold fish

  • you got a nice color betta... but u need to work on the tail...

  • That has got to be the prettiest betta I've ever seen.

  • he wants that female badly - look at that massive nest

  • i miss my betta he would jump so high for the food :-<

  • Right, but if they are there perminatly, your bettas wont be happy. you never mentioned you were trying to breed them.

  • Your bettas are constantly stressed out by the site of eachother, which will eventually aid in there death. Maybe sure they cant see each other

  • I can tell you don't know much about bettas. One is called a male, and the other is a female. The males show off for females so they can mate. Mating perpetuates the species, not destroys it. They are what's called a "mating pair". It takes two, baby.

  • like ur bettas
