Ugh. You just had to use the little ugly NX class ship. Why not Galaxy? Excelsior? Constitution??

@billyboyjennings Because I find NX-01 very beautiful. And I just wanted to test this model, how it will look in the animation. Maybe I'll do similar animation with some other ship, but not with the Constitution(tos and refit types, exept new JJprise), that ship is really not so attractive, imho :(

@billyboyjennings Apparently you don't seem to understand that this was man's first warp 5 ship. It's not a luxury liner dude. It was built for one purpose. Exploration. But it became part in much more.

@thefinalfrontier1701 Face it. It was a terrible ship design and a terrible show. It took a massive shit all over established canon. PHOTONIC Torpedoes? PHASE cannons? Upside down Akira classes? Ferengi? Transporters? Alien Nazis? Faith of the Heart????? ETC ETC ETC.

@billyboyjennings You must not watch Star Trek. Photon Torpedoes haven't been around forever. Did we invent the Nighthawk just after the discovery of heavier than air flight? Same thing with phase cannons. Vulcans withheld info from Humans. So they had to start from somwhere. If you look closely, you will see the many differences between NX class and Akira class starships. Ferangi were encountered several times but wern't documented until the 24th century. What? Do you thing transporters were,,,

@thefinalfrontier1701 invented in the 23rd century? Who says it couldn't be created in the 22nd century? Nazis were in TOS as well. (Patterns of Force). And what's so bad about the intro? It HAS been a long time. Getting from here to the 22nd century. The time has finally come and man has began to explore deep space. Humans see their dream come alive again after so many years. Exploration. They touch the sky. They go where their heart can take them. Etc. Etc. Etc.

I am curious as to why the engines on starships look they explode before warp.

@pettyofficer30 It's probably the warp plasma(i think thats what the blue stuff is or matter/antimatter stuff) glowing as the nacelle charges up. Think of it as a flame on a stove glowing orangier as the fire is turned up.
