inardana is a thing that is already dry. you need anardana its available at any Indian grocery store all mungle, shan, and national make it in packets.

Miyan sahib gher se nikal dean ge :) methei,achar,moli,kacha piyaz, in sab per pabandi hai is gher main. I am from Karachi this is a specialty of Punjab.

heat was very low, pan was not hot anough, it was not mixed propery, didnt apply egg., pan was not non stick, oil was too much.
mix potatoes till they get stickey.
use md heat test with a drop of egg it its hot, dhoowan na niklta ho pan se. do not heat too much! fry 4 at a time so the heat stays !

Yes pure vegetarians dip them in flour paste or yogurt and then into bread crumbs. Bohot achey lagte hain.
My recipe is authentic, basic, old traditional recipe thats how they were made in olden days. You can modify as you like.
