  • @moonlighttz kamaal ki banteen hain yeh, inheen aaloon ka bana do paratha, behtareen banta hai waise hai shayad aaloo ke parathy ki recipe bhi main dekhti hoon aur hoye to dalti hoon facebook page per daikh lo :) miyan sahin ko aadat na hojaye bus :)

  • inardana is a thing that is already dry. you need anardana its available at any Indian grocery store all mungle, shan, and national make it in packets.

  • heat was very low, pan was not hot anough, it was not mixed propery, didnt apply egg., pan was not non stick, oil was too much.

    mix potatoes till they get stickey.

    use md heat test with a drop of egg it its hot, dhoowan na niklta ho pan se. do not heat too much! fry 4 at a time so the heat stays !

  • Miyan sahib gher se nikal dean ge :) methei,achar,moli,kacha piyaz, in sab per pabandi hai is gher main. I am from Karachi this is a specialty of Punjab.

  • great recipe! after coating with egg also coat with bread crumbs and then fry. outside will be very crisp!

  • Yes pure vegetarians dip them in flour paste or yogurt and then into bread crumbs. Bohot achey lagte hain.

    My recipe is authentic, basic, old traditional recipe thats how they were made in olden days. You can modify as you like.
