This is my least favorite version of the song. It's a sad song & they sing it like a Christmas song. I don't think anything can compare with the original. The English version is sad, but it loses the Japanese flavor. I love the video where someone wrote, line by line, the Japanese, the Japanese in phonetic English & the English translation.

Thanks for posting this. My favorite versions of this great song are the original by Sakamoto and acappella. versions. Those who like this video may also like the English acappella version by the quartet 4PM.
