Thanks Suzy, you ready to join us? We are doing a tri on July 26th at Crystal River. It's 1/4 mile swim, 10 mile bike and 3 mile run.

I'm so proud of the girls and their achievement! Thanks to all the families that were there to support us, you were the wind beneath our wings.
