This game is very similar in game play to Trauma Center (Second Opinion & New Blood). However, there is no multiplayer mode availible from the start. Does anyone know how to unlock the 2-player co-operative mode?

Unlocked multiplayer after completing level 2 I think.

The game looks spectacular, but I don't think I'd be able to handle the intensity. The animals look so real that I'd be freaking out in operations.
