@MrNikkozo when i said this i mean its not Tomo from LA. Which we all know was the best Street Fighter II player in America. Now this is def not that guy because Tomo didnt play a lot of Super Turbo and even when he did he retired in early 1994.

Wow ok if you knew your street fighter games you would know that in HD Remix chun-li has a version of the spinning bird kick that arcs and I noticed that in this video.

Ok Im talking about Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix. Watch a video of her SBK in that game and then come back to the older versions and you will see the arc.

I know what im tlaking about..they changed her SBK because it was basically useless in ST, with no offense at all
