It was good to hear Teddy & Pearl back on BBC Radio 2 recently on Desmond Carrington's 'Fifties Icons' series. Teddy had a regular spot on the series and each week he gave us some interesting recollections of the era - and I must say he sounded amazingly youthful in spite of being more than 90 years of age.

This was the era when music was MUSIC, great melodies and sensible lyrics. I always remember Pearl and Ted, they sang all the good`ns.
