The official title is Little Wish～Lyrical Step～ but it's almost known as "Little Wish".

I've stepcharted this song now, so I've learned quite a bit more about it.

The song is, despite what I'd've called it, simply named "Little Wish". There's the TV sizer version that plays at the end of each episode, there's "Little Wish ~Lyrical Step~", which plays at the end of the last episode, and the long version, as heard here.
