Actually the British governement pumps millions into this part of its empire while the Irish govenrment now admit the issue of 'the north' isnt even on their agenda. @richjohnf I had 2 uncles murdered by the IRA for no other reason than they were Protestants, is this not terrorism? If they had ben killed by Al-Queda because they were Americans would that make it terrorism? The IRA failed in their attempt to terrorise the people of Northern Ireland into unity. That is why Sinn Fein have came to the negotiating table, and accepted the democratic wish of the majority in Northern Ireland who wish to remain in the UK.

And if u dont want to kill innocent people then u dont leave a bomb in a packed restraunt on a saturday night or bomb a town on the busiest day of the week! 9/11 is no different from any act of terrorism in Northern Ireland or anywere else in the world. I take it that Prideofulster should in fact read Prideoftheoccupiedsixcounties but that's a mouthful, so I'll let you of with it. Fighting for democracy does not neccessarily mean an armed struggle. The fact that on You Tube and other sites a demand for it is outed is in and of itself a battle. People on the street demanding Justice and equality is a fight for democracy. Demanding reform of the imperial policies forced on us by an arrogant and obtuse government is a fight. 'Fighting everyday'
