That was a high side crash not a low side. A low side is when front tire locks up. Also notice how the rider was flung off the bike caused by the reengaging of power to the rear wheel.

The guy on the motorcycle was not ripped in half, but he suffered the worst injuries. He was resucitated on scene and has suffered lasting injuries. I was the second person on scene after the racer you see, who was not seriously injured. The original crash was very run of the mill for that corner.
