China is becoming socially stratified thanks to its communist government which promised equality for all. Democracy implies equal access to education and again proves its superiority to communism in giving its citizens equal footing for success.
When Americans go shopping, we cannot afford to buy and eat fresh fruit and vegetables. No one talks about the fact that large farms are owned by CORPORATIONS. Just to buy an apple is $1.00 in most stores. Buying sour grapes cost $4 a lb. Buying one bell pepper cost $2.00. The answer is obvious that these farmers are making such a PROFIT from using these illegals, that they don't want to hire legal Americans. Farmers pay illegals $3-4/hour and no health benefits. Minimum wage is $12/13 hr.
So...they want to divide people into literate and illiterate...Such idiots! Why do migrants have to pay for public education? It's not as If the schools are in a good condition or offer some kind of high level private education...University education should come with at least some kind of fee,but what's up with this?
!*WARNING*! THIS IS NOT NEWS GO TO TWITTER AND SEARCH hastag "occupywallstreet" & "takewallstreet"!!! THIS IS NOT FUCKING NEWS ITS NEWS THAT THERE ARE OVER A 1000 PEAPOLE CAMPING OUT SIDE WALL STREET TAHRIR SQUARE STYLE FOR THE SECOND DAY IS NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS A MEDIA BLACK OUT DO YOUR PART AND SPREED THE MESSAGE
This is an extreme example... but to suggest that this isn't present in some form in North America would be false. School officials make it very difficult to get school transfers within the district and you have to have proof of residence. Some elementary schools require vaccination information (quite a hassle at times) and high schools between states and provinces have entry requirements - sometimes it's necessary to take "make-up" courses online to get credit for state-specific classes.

this rule is just a more extreme version of public school laws in almost every country which only let you to a public school that is where you live
