Does the cat write letters to the isle of thanet as well?

Yes, he occasionally sends them cat litters, although he's a bit concerned that his latest won't reach them because of the pusstal strike.

bertie dosnt mind, i give him treats after :P, sonya was a cat in france, she was really young too :( oh well. she had a good life.
has it been sprayed with catnip? the cats reaction tell me yes i think! funny!
No it hasn't, actually. Bertie just really genuinely hates Thanet District Council!
