Can somone please tell me the purpose of draping someone when they go into a dance praise??? I noticed many churches are doing this now(even draping men). When I was a child i remember the ushers would drape a womens legs if she fell out during service for obvious reasons but why the draping if someone is on their feet?. To me it is a potential & unnecessary interruption of someones praise. If I'm not in danger of hurting myself or someone eles I would be offended if my priase was interrupted.
I love the praise break and the spirit that this video displays the next time I drive through Va coming from DC heading south I may have to plan to attend service. I enjoy this video each time I watch it, thank you for posting.
However don't shout the whole service, there is a time for that but its not every sunday or Wednesday. Sometimes God wants us to be broken to reveal things to us. Honey ain't nothin wrong with dancin before God. David did it. Now what does the Bible say about David? It says that he was a man after God's own heart. Granted orchestrated praise isn't Godly, but there is nothing wrong with dancing for the Lord as they do here.

The reason they are praising God like this is because their Pastor, S.Y. Younger, was told that he was being elevated to Bishop. Now, BISHOP S.Y. Some people think that the Holy Ghos is supposed to make you dance, but your dance is what you give back to God as a praise, rather it be cellebration or warfare. I got to visit this church!

However don't shout the whole service, there is a time for that but its not every sunday or Wednesday. Sometimes God wants us to be broken to reveal things to us. Im just trying too set the record straight yall. I'm not criticizing, i'm just trying to help those that don't understand to understand. God Bless yall!!

Honey ain't nothin wrong with dancin before God. David did it. Now what does the Bible say about David? It says that he was a man after God's own heart. Granted orchestrated praise isn't Godly, but there is nothing wrong with dancing for the Lord as they do here.

@mswhit07 I agree 100%! I've been to the ramp church (total) at least 15 times, and every time I go there, I always shout and praise God, and worship God! People that are hating on the Ramp Church haven't experienced what it's like to be @ the Ramp Church! The praise, the worship, the songs, the preaching of Bishop S.Y. Younger, and the incredible friendly spirit of everyone @ the Ramp Church is inevitable!

@ybatey1 You're right! God has been to good, and he's kept us from those things that should've taken us out of this world! I can hear my Bishop, his grace, Bishop Willy R. Wilson, saying this "When I think of the goodness of Jesus, and all he didn't let happen to me, my soul cries out, 'Hallelujah', thank you Jesus, for not letting it happen to me!"

**READ ALL BEFORE YOU COMMENT** Don't get me wrong, I love to dance, and give God a high praise. I do believe some people were sincere in their praise to God on this video.why are we ALL dancing the same dance. Why does it all look the same, I say "we" because saying "you all" would exclude myself from you when we are all family..THis isn't the first time this has be witnessed, just saying It doesn't take a crowd, or music, to give God praise for what He has done, is doing, and will do for you.

@lstutsoniii Well, if you've ever been to the Ramp Church in Lynchubrg, VA, you'll know that they always run to the front and praise God. The reason they are praising God like this is because their Pastor, S.Y. Younger, was told that he was being elevated to Bishop. Now, BISHOP S.Y. Younger, (he was consecrated to Bishop this year), they still praise God in the same way! Check out their website

I love this video. Everyone is praising. No wall flowers at this church. LOL Let EVERYTHING that has breath praise the Lord. Some people think that the Holy Ghos is supposed to make you dance, but your dance is what you give back to God as a praise, rather it be cellebration or warfare. I got to visit this church!
