I bought the gluten free plan a bit ago and never had a chance to print it because I don't own a printer.. My computer has since stopped working... Is there anyway I can download it again when I get a new computer?

@summerbummin5396: When most people drink protein shakes it's protein and milk or protein and water. The extra stuff is just to add flavor calories and carbs depending on your diet.
@MaddyVD of course you don't need to drink milk to get all the calcium you need :) vegans get all the calcium they need from soy and almond milk plus veggies. also too much protein from the milk your drinking actually can CAUSE osteoporosis and there is no research that states that milk can cure it too. :) just as a heads up but drinking one or two glasses of milk (1% or skim) is perfectly fine! hope this helped
@TheFleurDeMer I second that. I'm doing a paper on vegan nutrition. animal protein causes calcium loss, which is surprising to so many people, thanks to all of the "drink milk" ads that the dairy industry bombards people with.
Hey Karena & Katrina :) I have a question, I have no doubt that Almond Milk's good for the body, but does it provide the nutrients cow's milk does? Aren't we supposed to be drinking something like 4 glasses of low fat or no fat cow's milk daily in order to obtain the amount of calcium we need? Surely, the calcium from dark greens isn't enough. My whole family's big milk drinkers - I was always taught that "it's needed to make your bones strong and to prevent osteoporosis". Thanks :)

post workout protein shake should be no milk just water or ice, milk can be slow down protein digest, after work out your body muscle need more protien for recovering, milk is no good for post workout.

Absolutely agree. Energy drinks contain guarana, taurine, caffeince and etc. These increase your heart rate and are not heatlhy especially in excess and it is hard on your body as it is not natual for it in those high cencetrations, Protein is the way to go! Natural and helps your muscle memory
Not sure if this is correct but if your drinking protein and not working out much then you will gain weight right? Atleast that is my understanding. I was told you should only drink it if your working out regularly.
You just have to watch the calories you take in. Weight loss or gain is simply calories eaten vs calories burned. It doesn't matter if those calories are candy or protein, if you eat more calories then you burn you will gain weight.
Some protein shakes contain a lot of calories as they are also "weight gainers".
The protein shake in this video seems like it would be pretty high in cal's so I would suggest only drinking something like that after a work out or as a meal replacement.
buut just because you can eat candy and junk foods, making sure that you don't consume too many of those calories so that you can still be loosing weight (thus starving your body of the nutrients it requires, and further causing yourself to feel unsatisfied- or not full) doesn't mean you should. the best thing to do is ensure that your are eating healthy foods like lots of fruits and veggies, exercising regularly, and the odd small treat will not kill you.
in my experience, calorie counting gives you a bad relationship with food because it makes food the enemy. food is not the enemy. it nourishes you and can help protect you from all sorts of diseases. i'd say it's better to worry about eating healthier, then once you are there~ worry about HOW MUCH healthy food you are eating. too much of anything is not good for you. so this is when you keep track of your amount of food intake.
Ok, Next week-end I'll check out Sports Authority and test out the running shoes. I need lots of cushioning because my ankles are killing me. I think it's Nike Shox but I prefer New Balance. I hate Nike for what they do to those kids in Vietnam.
