Well, anyways I just wanted to say that this will be implemented in the next patch, 3.0.2, Echoes of Doom.
Coming before WotLK.
Possibly on the 13th / 14th of October.

Just a clarification, Drain Mana and Health won't look the same as Drain soul, but they're graphics are updated as well.
