  • Wow....I have been watching Rip since I was a kid at Ascot. Just knowing that I was watching someone who would eventually be one of the best, makes every minute I sat in the stands watching that clay fly, the best childhood memories I could have. Thank you, Rip. I will tell me kids about you when we visit the track at Perris!!!

  • I met first met Rip at Ascot thru his nephew Joel...Since that day I was a Huge fan..It took several times visiting Ascot before I saw Rip win a feature..I remember one week he led by almost a half a lap with only a few laps to go..And spun..He never knew the word take it easy..A big fan favorite and well deserving of the HOF..Way to go Ripper
