Just learned that there's such thing as an airspeed limit adjuster. I managed to have the Concorde mod reach 300+ mph. I'm not sure if it can go anywhere faster than 400 mph, but it's a start.

@HavocManX5 u can but only if u have certain software and hardware that manufacturers don't really make anymore like certain modchips (not all of them)u would also need an expensive computer a backup disk incase something goes haywire and gameshark to spawn your modded vehicles
