Yeah, definitely about the oligopoly of Ford, General Motors, and Crystler. The song alludes to Preston Tucker, a rugged individualist confronted with huge entry barriers by The Big Three who wanted to enter the vehicle industry, when it says, "the motor's runnin' on Tucker's blood".
