Wow, Plaza Sesamo had the original News Flash title cards intact? I figured that either simply cutting the logo from the beginning (such as on SesameStraat), or keeping the original English logo but redubbing the announcer in another language (like here).
Besides, this isn't like the Portugese "Rua Sesamo," which actually made a customized Portugese News Flash title card to use.

Yeah, some of these monsters look like Dr. Seuss rejects, especially the blue monster with the antenna on her head XD
This song also reminds me of the Green Grow Rushes Song. Y'know, the way it's performed and the musical compostion of it.
