  • I saw Springsteen at Darby in '75. Wow. Steve Wood wasn't even born then.

  • That's my babydaddy.

  • Wood, a fellow proud '04 alumnus!

  • I dont know if anyone has noticed this but before the ball even goes in he puts his hands up. He knew it was good. 2,379 career points...not too bad!

  • I remember this game. I was down at the bottom of the screen with the baseball players. What a way for Darby to go.

  • Excellent! Grinnell went to the run and gun offense when I was there (class of '94). Darby was a special place. I'll never forget sitting behind the Knox bench banging on an empty keg with a hammer for the ENTIRE game.

  • I was there and remember it well. I was on a first date with a girl and got so caught up in the last shot that I left her in the stands to celebrate! Steve Wood was unfreakin' believable.

  • No matter how many times I watch this, I'm still so excited. Go Grinnell!

  • sick shot

  • Had some good times in that building, DJing at KDIC, seeing the Psychedelic Furs play just outside

  • I saw The Police in Darby in '80.

  • I saw Buddy Guy & the late Junior Wells in Darby in '86.

  • And Ultravox, and the Ramones too.

  • @campisfortis Can you remember much about the Ultravox gig? I'm doing some research on that particular tour. Any info would be much appreciated...

  • That building sure had a lot of history....

  • hes my cousin.
